Jill Schwartzman is senior editor at Hyperion Books, where she edits memoirs, narrative nonfiction (with a special interest in pop culture, music, and sports), humor, personal finance, health and fitness, light history, and science. Recent projects include The New York Times bestsellers Stuff White People Like by Christian Lander and Stop Getting Ripped Off, NBC reporter Bob Sullivan's consumer finance expose. Prior to this, she worked at Random House, HarperCollins, and Borders Books.

Jill has also acquired and edited Rolling Stone writer and MTV VJ Jancee Dunn's memoir But Enough About Me, Steve Almond's memoir Rock and Roll Can Save Your Life, Erin Bried's How To Sew a Button: And Other Nifty Things Your Grandmother Knew, and Sam Hoffman's (with Eric Spiegelman) forthcoming Old Jews Telling Jokes.
