SPONSORED VENDOR WORKSHOP (Limited) $2,500

Introduce the conference attendees to your products and services by leading a demonstration in a dedicated session room. We will provide you with a presentation area, standard A/V*, and signage. The Vendor Workshop also includes:

  • Mention of Workshop on the pre-conference email reminder to attendees
  • Listing in Conference Agenda
  • Two Full Conference Attendee Passes

Sessions run for 20 minutes. Availability is on a first come, first served basis. Time slots are scheduled by show management. Please contact your account representative for more details.

*Standard A/V includes screen, projector, and a maximum of 3 microphones.

CONFERENCE BAG SPONSORSHIP (Exclusive) $2,000

Produce the official conference bag and your brand will be carried throughout the conference.  This is a promotional item that will be used during the event and long after the conference concludes, providing maximum marketing impact. Sponsorship also includes one full conference pass.

Please note: The sponsoring company is responsible for creating, producing, and delivering the bags by an established deadline. Design must include conference name. Mediabistro.com must approve bag design.

LANYARDS (Exclusive) $2,000

Produce a useful giveaway by placing your company name and logo on every attendee. Lanyards will be distributed to attendees upon registration. Sponsorship also includes one full conference pass.

BADGE INSERTS (Exclusive) $2,000

Create walking billboards to be worn by every attendee. You will be responsible for creating and printing the insert and can design it to drive booth traffic, create name/brand recognition or tie it in with your promotion or giveaway. Sponsorship also includes one full conference pass.

CONFERENCE NOTEPADS (Exclusive) $2,000

Your company will be on the minds of all conference attendees as they pick up their complimentary notepad at registration. Notepads leave a lasting impression, which will travel far beyond the conference as it is brought back to the office. Sponsorship also includes one full conference pass.

Place your company name and logo on the official conference pens. Produce the pens that will be distributed to all members of the press, speakers and conference attendees during the event. Sponsorship also includes one full conference pass.

PROMOTIONAL ITEM DISTRIBUTION (Limited) $1,000
