PLATINUM SPONSOR (limited to 4) $6,000 Includes:

Promotion includes:

  • Priority listing as the platinum sponsor in the program, on the home page of the event website, and in other promotional materials as available
  • WiFi Internet Access
  • Rotating logo on flat screen monitors in break area
  • Four full-conference passes for staff members
  • Sponsor may offer its customers a discount of 20% off the regular conference registration rate. Applies to new registrations only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
  • Sponsor's company logo projected in key locations at the event
  • Pre-conference email reminder to attendees
  • Run-of-site ad units (728 x 90) from May 2-June 2, 2009 (100,000 impressions)
  • Sponsor is included in monthly pre-conference email piece to 200,000 opt-in Mediabistro.com members.

SPONSORED NETWORKING RECEPTION $3,000 (limited)

Co-host of cocktail reception which includes, welcome speech, raffle or contest to win (optional), introduction of party, inclusion in conference program, and logo projected on screens.  This sponsorship also includes two full conference passes.

CONFERENCE BAG SPONSORSHIP (Exclusive) $2,500

Produce the official conference bag and your brand will be carried throughout the conference.  This is a promotional item that will be used during the event and long after the conference concludes, providing maximum marketing impact.

Please note: The sponsoring company is responsible for creating, producing and delivering the bag. Design must include Mediabistro Circus name. Mediabistro.com must approve bag design.

LANYARDS (Exclusive) $2,500

Produce a useful giveaway by providing the attendees with a string badge holder. Place your company name and logo on every attendee. Lanyards will be distributed to every attendee upon registration.

Please note: The sponsoring company is responsible for creating, producing and delivering the lanyard by an established deadline. Mediabistro.com must approve lanyard design.

BADGE SPONSOR (Exclusive) $2,500

Create walking billboards to be worn by every attendee. Your logo will be included on every name badge worn by conference attendees. Create name/brand recognition or tie the badge content to your promotion or giveaway.

CONFERENCE NOTEPADS (Exclusive) $2,500

You will be on the minds of all conference attendees as they pick up their complimentary notepad at registration. Your logo on the cover will be seen during every session as the attendees use the notepad to take notes. You will leave a lasting impression, which will travel far beyond the conference as it is brought back to the office.

CONFERENCE PENS (Exclusive) $2,500

Place your company name and logo, along with the conference logo, on the official conference pens. Produce the pens that will be distributed to all members of the press, speakers and conference attendees during the event.

PRE-CONFERENCE E-MAIL REMINDER (limited to 10 exhibitors) $1,500

Promote your presence or special function to the conference attendees through targeted e-mail marketing. We will send out your message (75 words or less) in HTML format to the pre-registered attendee list one week prior to the event. Listing order on the blast is determined by sponsorship level and/or a first come, first served basis.

Please note: Text, logos, and links must be sent to mediabistro.com one week prior to message delivery. We reserve the right to modify your message (upon your approval) to meet our formatting and privacy guidelines.

ON-SITE PROMOTIONAL ITEM DISTRIBUTION (Limited) $1,500

Distribute your company's advertising material or flyer, product demo, or ad-specialty item directly into the hands of every conference attendee. You'll gain exposure at the event and your message will travel home with each conference attendee.
