“A Discussion with Robin Gaby Fisher”

|Details||The Association for Women in Communications, New Jersey chapter, (AWCNJ) will hold its first event of the year, “A Discussion with Robin Gaby Fisher,” on Wednesday, February 13, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., in Montclair, NJ.
Robin Gaby Fisher, a New York Times best-selling author of three non-fiction books, will share riveting details from her most recent book, The Woman Who Wasn’t There. Fisher was a news features writer for the Star-Ledger for 15 years, and part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning team recognized for its coverage of the resignation New Jersey Governor James McGreevy. She is also a two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist for feature writing while at the Ledger; first for her series about the Seton Hall University Arson Fire, and again for her stories profiling the lives of troubled youth from New Jersey’s inner cities.
The event will be at Acappello Ristorante, 398 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, NJ. Dinner will include a family style assortment of appetizers, entrees, dessert, coffee and tea. The restaurant is adjacent to the historic Wellmont Theatre and street parking is available.
Early Bird pricing through January 31 is $35 for members and $40 for non-members. After that, the price is $40 for members and $45 for non-members. Price at the door is $50.
