|Details||The practical and interactive Control Rooms Design and Operations Conference will showcase insights into streamlining operations, optimising efficiency and managing costs in control room facilities.
Control Rooms Design and Operations 2014 will focus on streamlining operations that are not considered by the business to be core but in fact are vital for the effective operations of a company, especially in the case of the many organisations that are presenting at this event. How effective design, of not only the physical space but the screens and the data interface, will be considered through discussions around human factors and ergonomics. How the operations of a control function is efficiently managed from alarm management and response, to designing shifts, to managing fatigue, to recruiting, will be explored.
