A little goof from the Politico in yesterday's spin game over the latest Erdos & Morgan Opinion Leaders Survey. In an email sent out not as an official press release, but rather as a bragging note from a Politico account executive, it was claimed that "Our print edition scored NUMBER ONE in total readership among opinion leaders nationally. It is also among the top read publications on Capitol Hill at a time when all other Capitol Hill publications lost readership."

But, as you can see from the below graphic -- a page ripped out of the Erdos & Morgan study and sent to FishbowlDC -- the New York Times obviously beats Politico:
