According to BusinessWeek, the winning bidder in the sale of their publication will be named this week.

This summer, McGraw-Hill officially announced its desire to entertain offers after Bloomberg reported their intention to sell earlier that day. Among the remaining bidders are a few groups that were also named in initial reports of CQ suitors earlier this year - Bloomberg LP, Thomson Reuters and investment firm ZelnickMedia.
