It was announced late Friday that luxury publication publisher Niche Media (which owns Wasington's Capitol File Magazine) has partnered with Nevada-based publisher Greenspun Media Group. "The company will conduct business under the name Niche Media Holdings LLC, with Jason Binn as CEO and Brian Greenspun as Chairman," the release says.

What will come out of the merger? Certainly, a better sharing of advertisers and all things Vegas. Capitol File and other Niche Media publications will be able to benefit from the luxury product dollars that make Vegas, well, Vegas. And Greenspun gets to spread its product into Niche Media's publication cities (Washington, Aspen, Boston, New York, Hamptons, L.A.).
