FishbowlDC has learned that Martha Raddatz is returning to Iraq for her 15th trip. Unfortunately, she'll miss Thursday's White House holiday party for journos. Her guest was 2nd Lt. Mark Little. Raddatz was at the combat support hospital in Baghdad in September when he was medivaced in with both legs blown off. "He is an amazing soldier and now up on prosthetics," Raddatz tells us. "My friend and former off air--the amazing Karen Travers -- stand in for me with Lt. Little who is very excited to meet the president."
