Greenfield's Respect Goes Down the Drain
The Reliable Source has an embarrassing moment for Jeff Greenfield today that we'd encourage you not to think about too much.
During introductory remarks at yesterday's Kaiser Family Foundation conference, "the unmistakable sound" of a toilet flushing suddenly came over the loudspeaker.
Turns out the moderator, CNN's Greenfield, wearing a wireless mic, had forgotten to turn it off before entering the "facilities." He e-mailed the Reliable Source: "After 25 years in the business, you'd think I'd know when to turn a microphone off!"
Now there's a mental picture we really didn't need.
