Greenfield's Respect Goes Down the Drain
During introductory remarks at yesterday's Kaiser Family Foundation conference, "the unmistakable sound" of a toilet flushing suddenly came over the loudspeaker. Turns out the moderator, CNN's Greenfield, wearing a wireless mic, had forgotten to turn it off before entering the "facilities." He e-mailed the Reliable Source: "After 25 years in the business, you'd think I'd know when to turn a microphone off!" Now there's a mental picture we really didn't need.
