Let the Pulitzer Leaks Begin!E&P is beginning to get some (unsurprising) tips about the Pulitzer finalists. Their intel is generally pretty accurate, and it certainly will be more so over the coming days as the picture is filled out. Sue Schmidt and team might score an investigative Pulitzer for their Jack Abramoff coverage. Dana Priest is rumored to be in contention for "public service" for her secret prisons story; probably she'll be up against something hurricane-related. In the national category, no one will be surprised to hear that the Times NSA wiretapping coverage and Copley's Duke Cunningham stories are in contention. E&P reports too that they're hearing the Post's David Finkel might get an Pulitzer for explanatory reports about Yemen. Stay tuned.... Email This Post |
