What we almost missed today...

• WaPo ombudsman Andrew Alexander is making up for lost time. He says in Sunday's paper, "A broken system is being fixed." Corrections dating back to 2007 and 2008 have appeared in the paper the past few weeks to correct a problem at the paper Alexander addressed about a month ago- a backlog of hundreds of requests going back five years.

• The nonpartisan research group Center for Media and Public Affairs along with California's Chapman University released a study that found the nightly newscasts devoted 27 hours, 44 minutes to Pres. Obama's presidency in his first 50 days. That compares to 7 hours, 42 minutes for Pres. George W. Bush and 15 hours, 2 minutes for Pres. Bill Clinton during the first 50 days of their first terms. And not only has Obama gotten more coverage, but that coverage has been more positive than his predecessors. TVNewser has more here.

• MSNBC's Hardball booker Querry Robinson is profiled by Politico today. "He knows everybody, and he has a Rolodex that doesn't quit," says frequent "Hardball" guest Steve McMahon.

• We told you last week a hacker was influencing Time's annual 100 list. Well, congrats today to 4Chan founder, Moot, won Time.com's World Most Influential poll, beating Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Angelina Jolie among others to take the "honor."
