Members of Congress and press are taking out their aggression on the new administration at a White House luau this evening. Robert Gibbs, Rahm Emanuel and congressional liaison, Phil Schiliro have all agreed to be the targets of a dunk tank on the WH lawn.

As you can see, Gibbs has already taken a dip thanks to the mean arm of CBS News' Bill Plante.
