Bush Dodges Question About McClellan's BookIn President George W. Bush's press conference today, he dodged a question by CNN's Ed Henry about former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan's book "What Happened." I have had no comment, and no comment now on Scott's book. >UPDATE, from TVNewser: One person not in attendance: the dean of the White House press corps, Helen Thomas. Insiders tell us 87-year-old Thomas, who has covered every president since Kennedy, has not been feeling well the past few weeks. Her seat in the front row will be empty. Email This Post |
