Our poll yesterday asked if anyone really cares about Phelps being photographed smoking a bong. Very few do.

And to add to the fun of this story - we got this from a reader:

FYI, in India (where I used to live and smoke), the word for marijuana that had been moistened, then mashed into a paste, ready to be eaten, was "bhang" (pronounced "bong"). I come back to the States and hear people calling a chillum (the pipe) a "bong," and it confused me. It's like an Indian coming here and referring to a marijuana bush as a "roach clip." Bizarre.
