It's one thing to effect change. It is another thing entirely to effect change while savoring the sweet, sweet taste of revenge. FBLA hero Claire Hoffman reports in tomorrow's LAT that Joe Francis, of Girls Gone Wild fame, has been sentenced to 30 months of community service for -- we just skimmed the story, so we're guessing here, being an ass.

Readers will recall that Ms. Hoffman was subjected to Francis's antics (and physical abuse) a few months back. So, we're guessing this is one incremental beat story a Hoffman doesn't mind doing.
