Matt Haley appears on USA network's Character Fantasy this Saturday at 5pm. The interstitial series is hosted by Jeanne Mai.

He creates an animated character for a woman whose dream it is to do voice talent for cartoons. He says

I sat and sketched the character out with her, then I created and directed the actual animated segment at the end of the show, should be a hoot.
