Freelance photog Jonathan Alcorn was working a story at LAX this weekend, shooting Jayant Patel (aka "Dr. Death") as the doc was being escorted back to Australia by federal agents, when he's suddenly startled by a pack of paps. Seems Christian Bale is riding the same plane to Oz as the prisoner!

Alcorn takes a few shots (wouldn't you?) and then gets back to work, noting: "It's definitely not the most honorable way to make a buck , but it's really a whole industry upon itself and they are obviously very dialed in on the whereabouts of the rich and famous. All things considered, I think I'll keep my day job."
