Ed McMahon Gone To That Great Star Search In The Sky
Ed McMahon died early today at a hospital in Westwood. He was 86. From the LA Times:
He passed away shortly after midnight, [publicist Howard] Bragman said. Bragman did not give a cause of death, saying only that McMahon had been suffering from many health problems over the last few months.A source close to McMahon says he had bone cancer and had been hospitalized for several weeks. That person who spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to release the information.
The former "Tonight Show" sidekick was 86.
Braggman said McMahon's wife Pam and other loved ones were present when he passed away.
