E! Entertainment Television correspondent Samantha Harris bounced up and down on the red carpet at the Jane magazine party last night, telling her camera man that she had to "go."

She wasn't just referring to her little pee-pee dance. Harris told us that after interviewing the celebs on the red carpet, she was scheduled to walk the red carpet as the hostess of a breast cancer charity event across town.

Such is the strange existence of TV folks who straddle the worlds of reporting the news and being it. The lines were so blurry for Harris that before she left, photographers turned their backs on the red carpet and began shooting her -- even asking, as this one photog did, to pose with Harris for a few shots.
