ABC ‘The Note’s’ Klein Gets Promoted, Feature Awaits New Author

Rick Klein, author of ABC’s “The Note” for the past three years, is stepping up in the world. Our sister site, TVNewser, is reporting that he’ll join “World News” as the Senior Washington Editor. He will appear regularly on “World News Weekend.”

Klein told FishbowlDC: “It’s an exciting time and an exciting new role. And maybe I’ll sleep in until 6 one day soon.”

He will edit ‘The Note’ through next week and then he’s done. No replacement has been named.
