Tickling is no laughing matter these days (well, actually, it’s always sort of a laughing matter). The Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder set off some alarm bells in the Twitter universe when he joked that when he worked at ABC that Sam Donaldson had once tickled him. Turned out it was the Education Secretary.
