Anchor Slowly Breaks Things Down

Think of this as an afternoon snack.

Gawker alerts us to this treat of a video in which it took anchor Tony Harris a while for things to fully sink in as reporter Mary Lynn Ryan tried to explain to him yesterday’s news of the Austin, Texas plane crash. The news was that a software engineer with a gripe against the U.S. government crashed his plane into an office building with IRS workers and died.

“Let’s break it down,” Harris says, after struggling to piece together the details of the blazing house fire.

Funny stuff.
