Anderson Lands Interview With President In Ghana

CNN’s Anderson Cooper will be in Ghana with President Obama for an interview and a visit to Cape Coast Castle, the site of a dungeon where slaves were held before they were shipped west. Cooper’s interview will air Monday and Tuesday on 360. He’ll also anchor a special called “President Obama’s African Journey” Saturday and Sunday at 8 and 11pmET.

Cooper’s coverage will be joined by Dr. Sanjay Gupta from Haiti, where he’ll be reporting on the slave trade.
