FishbowlDC has the first baby photo of Riley Tracy, the new daughter of Norah O’Donnell and Geoff Tracy. She was born July 5, and weighed 8 pounds and measured 21 inches.
O’Donnell will be back in time for the Democratic convention in Denver and will also attend the GOP convention.
