Behar Thinks Biden Needs Caffeine
First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden appeared on a special “Red, White & View” episode of ABC’s “The View” this morning to promote their new initiative in support of military families, Joining Forces.
Though the ladies were there for a purpose, co-host Joy Behar couldn’t resist cracking a joke to Dr. Biden: “Have you been giving [Joe] decaf?” The Second Lady took the ribbing well and laughed it off.
Behar was referring to the Veep’s nap during President Obama‘s speech at GWU last Wednesday.
