The civil ceremony was performed by Circuit Judge David L. Bazelon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia circuit. … Quinn is the daughter of Lt. Gen. and Mrs. William W. Quinn.” Witnesses included Katharine Graham, then publisher of The Washington Post; columnist Art Buchwald; and legendary lawyer Edward Bennett Williams.
