The Hill‘s “Washington Scene” blogger Christina Wilkie reporting that White House Deputy Press Sec. Bill Burton isn’t so hot on having “Happy Birthday” sung to him.
Perhaps he was all birthdayed out after his boss’s birthday. Not surprising, he didn’t return a call to Wilkie regarding his anti-Birthday attitude.
