Voto Latino unveils its national census campaign tomorrow on Capitol Hill.
We can hear the flashbulbs now. The only person at the presser reporters are going to care about is actor Wilmer Valderrama. The rest of the cast is: Reps. Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.), Judy Chu (D-Calif.), Michael Honda (D-Calif.), and Mario Diaz Balart (R-Fla.) (who has been invited) and Maria Kumar, president of Voto Latino. Heather Smith, president of Rock the Vote is scheduled to be there as is Brent Wilkes, executive director of LULAC.
Place: Rayburn Room 2456
Time: Media call is 12:45 p.m.
Valderrama’s romantic interests have included: Lindsay Lohan (now maybe a lesbian), Mandy Moore (now married), and Hilary Duff (now on the January cover of Nylon magazine).
> Update: In a lead-up to the Capitol Hill presser, CBS correspondent Nancy Cordes did a webcast interview with Valderrama for CBS’s “Washington Unplugged” today. See photograph (tweeted by CBS’s Christine Delargy).
