Milbank describes former Gonzalez chief of staff Kyle Sampson as “a young version of Rove … a bit pudgy and jowly, and he spoke in a nerdy voice …”
I’m not denying his resemblance to Rove, but put an orange hat and vest on Sampson and he’s a dead ringer for Milbank himself:
