Chakra Battered by the Beat? Journo-preneur Kelly DiNardo Can Help

TWT’s Liz Glover is no longer the only journo by day, yoga studio owner by night. For three years, Cap. Hill has turned to Glover for help with their beat-battered chakras at her studio – Bikram Yoga. Now across town, another “Clark Kent” has been hard at work on her own journo-preneurial venture into yoga. Freelance writer and author of Gilded Lili, Kelly DiNardo just announced the opening of Past Tense yoga studio at 3253 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, NW.

Years ago, DiNardo discovered that yoga was a remedy for her writer’s block and quickly adopted it as a practice and passion. DiNardo says that she is opening Past Tense in hopes of “giving others the same strength, balance and flexibility that she acquired through yoga.”

With Glover’s Bikram Yoga in Cap Hill and DiNardo’s Past Tense in Mt. Pleasant, there is no excuse for nasty newsies.
