Changes At The Hill

I wanted you all to know first the great news I’ll be announcing
today about new hires.

Jim Mills will join the staff on Dec 3. He’ll be a columnist and contributor to all parts of the paper and online. He will also work closely with our reporters on Capitol Hill.

Walter Alarkon, a reporter at Campaigns & Elections, will be joining us as a staff writer on Dec. 10.

Markos Moulitsas, founder and head of Daily Kos, will become a regular weekly columnist in the paper starting in Jan.

I will be announcing more hires soon in our present round of
expansion. I hope you agree with me that these ones today are exciting.
