CNN’s John King Unveils Show Name
At last, after a week of tweeting hints, here is the video of CNN’s John King announcing the name of his new nightly 7p.m. program: John King, USA.
He says having his name on a show is a concept that is “actually a little bit uncomfortable for me.” He speaks of his like, then his love of the journalism profession.
“But so it is,” he says. “I’m the anchor of the show so it should have my name attached to it,” he says. “…7 o’clock is an special, sometimes chaotic time in a family. It’s a time of conversation, but we have to earn our place.”
