CNN’s Meserve Leaves Under Storm Cloud
NYP Page Six reports today that CNN’s Jeanne Meserve is leaving the network after 15 years. Colleagues are in a state of shock. A network insider surmises it’s likely a bad management move based on wanting to bring in rookies they can pay less. Other FishbowlDC sources are offering similar explanations.
Her last assignment was Hurricane Irene.
