Date Lab Update

The most recent edition of the Post’s Date Lab ended, well, awkwardly. One dater had the time of his life, saying:

“We shared desserts. I was on cloud nine, thinking, I don’t want this date to end. Unfortunately, it was a school night. I’m going out of town for several months [but said] I’d be available this weekend if she wanted to meet up.”

“The date ended about maybe 10 of 11. I walked her to her car and gave her the e-mail address and my telephone number. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, I’d rate the date a 10.”

Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be. The other dater said:

“I thought: ‘Mmmm, no. I don’t think we’re a good match at all.’”

This brings the ratio to 35 successful dates out of 96, or just over 36 percent. This means that the next Date Lab excursion should be a successful one, but will it?
