Donaldson, Gibson, Woodruff and Womack to Present at RTNDF Dinner

You can expect a star-studded (in DC journo terms) event next Thursday, March 12th at the Ritz.

ABC’s Sam Donaldson and Charlie Gibson, PBS’ Judy Woodruff and CNN’s Jack Womack will all be on hand to present First Amendment Awards at RTNDF’s dinner. MSNBC’s Chris Matthews will emcee the dinner.

From the release: Gibson and Donaldson will present the Leonard Zeidenberg First Amendment Award to Cokie Roberts. Woodruff presents the First Amendment Leadership Award to Google Inc. and Eric Schmidt, chairman and CEO of Google. Womack will present the First Amendment Service Award to Susan Grant, Executive Vice President of CNN News Services.

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation will also be presented with a special award for the support of First Amendment issues and Sunshine Week by RTNDF President Barbara Cochran.
