Early Morning Panel After Late Night Address

Over coffee and croissants at the National Press Club this morning, The Atlantic and National Journal hosted Senators and media bigwigs to discuss reactions to last night’s Presidential address to Congress.

The “Joint Session 2009: The State of Our Union” panel was moderated by NBC’s Chuck Todd and included Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Ben Nelson (D-NE), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), and Lamar Alexander (R-TN), as well as Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL), AEI’s Norm Ornstein, National Journal’s Alexis Simendinger and Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder.
