Fmr. GOP Hopeful Perry to Keynote Gridiron

 

As we speak, the Gridiron Club is announcing its Republican speaker for the upcoming dinner in March. And it’s none other than Texas Gov. and former presidential hopeful Rick Perry (Oops!).

If Perry behaves even a fraction of how he has on the campaign trail, the performance should be nothing short of fantastic entertainment.

The Democratic speaker has not yet been chosen. The Republican speaker took a while to finalize as the club watched to see who would not be on the trail and available for a speaking engagement.
