Forget Neutrality. Editor Questions TBD Demise
DCist‘s Senior Editor Martin Austermuhle wants to know why TBD is in a state of collapse, at least in comparison to Washington Examiner. “World, please explain how it is that @TBD is being torn apart yet the Examiner still soldiers on. No, really,” he wrote on Twitter early this morning.
And you’d think Austermuhle would be Switzerland. Born in the country known for its neutrality, he spent his childhood years in Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico and came to Washington in 2002. When he’s not writing for DCist and insulting the Examiner, he works in embassy press.
