Fox says that they’re the first to break the news of Scooter Libby’s sentencing when E.D. Hill threw to correspondent Caroline Shively outside of the courthouse. Shively reported that Libby has been sentenced to 30 months in jail and a $250,000 fine. Fox says MSNBC followed and CNN came in two minutes later.
