Goatee Gamble: It’s Chuck vs. Jake

The baseball battle between NBC and ABC’s White House correspondents began over Twitter last night. The bet: if the Dodgers win the National League Championship Series, Jake Tapper grows a goatee and if the Phillies win, Chuck Todd shaves his (famous) goatee.

Looks like the conditions of the bet were proposed by Tapper, and egged on by his producer Karen Travers. No word yet if Todd’s accepted, but we’ll be following this one very closely over Twitter… #GoateeGamble was even started by ABC’s Yunji de Nies.
