To mark the release of the new documentary, Citizen Hearst, the film will screen at the Newseum on March 14 with an opening Q&A with CEO of Hearst Corporation, Frank A. Bennack, Jr. and PBS anchor Judy Woodruff.
The pair will discuss the “state of media” including how journalism is different than a century ago when W.R. Hearst started his global empire and a debate on what the future of journalism holds.
Readers can also follow along via Twitter @citizenhearst for a LIVE Stream of the Q&A.
The film will play at the Newseum theater for museum attendees on Saturday, March 16.
