Who is your favorite active journalist? I wish I had the mix of Mike Allen’s energy, Mark Halperin’s precision, Dan Balz’s wisdom, Jeff Zeleny’s wardrobe, Ryan Lizza’s ability to find the perfect anecdotal lead, and Steve Kornacki’s snarkiness. Oh and the AP’s expense account. All that said, C.J. Chivers is badass.
