Keli Goff Joins The Root
The Root today announced that writer and blogger Keli Goff will join the site as a political correspondent covering 2012 and other topics relating to politics and society. Goff will also write for the pub’s “Blogging the Beltway.” Goff was most recently Contributing Editor for Loop21.com.
Goff has also written for TIME, Essence, HuffPost and The Daily Beast. She appears on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and BET, for which she was a contributor. Goff is also the author of The GQ Candidate and Party Crashing: How the Hip-Hop Generation Declared Political Independence and is a featured essayist in The Speech: Race and Barack Obama’s A More Perfect Union.
