Love is in the Journo Air: Frisky Whisky Edition

Blind item. Love was in the lusty air last night at a holiday party co-hosted by UrbanDaddy and Johnnie Walker at AGAINN.  Media types turned out to sip JW and toast the winter season but no one celebrated quite like two undisclosed media types – a newspaper gal and pr dude.  It’s unclear if the whisky made them frisky, but sources tell FishbowlDC that the pair spent a scant portion of the party standing under imaginary mistletoe.

Sure, blame it on the booze but we’re beginning to think that UrbanDaddy editor Jeff Dufour is a modern day cupid.  You might remember that it was at his party earlier this year that love blossomed between Politico’s Jonathan Martin and MTP’s Betsy Fischer.  Now who’s your daddy?

Daddy Dufour remarked to FishbowlDC: “UrbanDaddy always endorses people making new friends, and we’re happy to provide a forum (Scotch-induced or otherwise) for that to occur.”
