What single person played the biggest role / had the biggest influence on your journalism career? My father. Although he’s an attorney, his passion for magazines sparked my interest in magazine journalism (where I got my start in this business).

When’s the last time you volunteered? Where? November at Glen Echo Park, the very place where I got married earlier this year.
