Metro Weekly Spoofs Palmeri’s Grindr “Investigation”

If you weren’t too busy following the BP oil spill or other real news of last week, you just might have caught the Examiner‘s fearless investigative report on iPhone app, Grindr. The app, created for gay men, tells the user how many other gay guys are in their vicinity. Armed with Grindr, Yeas and Nays columnist Tara Palmeri took to the streets to prove that there are gay men in the vicinity of the White House, Cap Hill and the Pentagon.

Strange? Well, Metro Weekly sure thought so. Over the weekend reporters Yusef Najafi and Chris Geidner set out on their own mission – to spoof Palmeri…and it’s pretty funny. Najafi’s vid below and Palmeri’s on top.
