MSNBC’s Hardball Guest: Matthews’s wife, Kathleen Matthews

For a segment called “What I Really Think”, MSNBC’s “Hardball” Host Chris Matthews invited his wife, Kathleen, on as a guest on this afternoon’s show in New York.
Matthews joked that his wife was a little “rusty” on air. Kathleen Matthews, who has filled in on his show before, is the former co-anchor of ABC 7. She covered news in D.C. for more than 25 years. She’s now the Executive V.P. of Global Communications and Public Affairs at Marriott in Bethesda.
Coming off the break, Matthews noted that he and his wife have been married for 30 years.
