Here’s a job that will make someone “bear-y” happy. National Geographic Kids is looking for a photo editor to join its D.C. team.
Here, you’ll produce photographic content for National Geographic Kids’ magazines and children’s books, including e-versions and apps. Team players are most wanted, as you’ll be collaborating with the art, editorial, research and production teams on a regular basis.
To land the gig, you should have at least two years of photo editing experience, and be able to demonstrate strong photojournalism, photo research and writing skills. Mac users are preferred, and you’ll need to know your way around Microsoft Word, FileMaker Pro, Photoshop and InDesign. Interested? Apply here.
