Newseum to Display Russert’s Office
Buffalo Bill pendants, autographed baseballs, research binders and all… the Newseum will recreate Tim Russert‘s office for an exhibit to go on display next month, AP reports.
NBC has donated furniture and the Russert family has loaned some of his belongings for the exhibit that opens November 20th and stays on display through 2010.
“After Tim’s death, it became very clear to us that Tim really hit a nerve with a wider swath of people than you would ordinarily think for a journalist,” the Newseum’s chief executive Charles Overby said in an AP article.
